District Governor 2016-17
Lion Errol has been a member of the Lions Club of Kingston for over thirty (30) years. He served his club in several capacities, serving on the Board in every position except Treasurer and was elected President in 1999. As a result of his outstanding performance he was awarded the Melvin Jones Fellowship by his club in 2003. Lion Errol served as District Chairman on several occasions, Zone Chairman, Chairman Region 4 and Vice District Governor. He has attended numerous District meetings and 2 International Conventions.
District Governor 2015-16
Lion Marvin O. Grant was born on the 8th June 1971 under the astrological sign of Gemini, in Guyana, the beautiful land of many waters.
There he obtained his formal education. Upon graduating from high school he worked for short stints as a Store-keeper and a Bank Clerk, but his passion was for the medical sciences, thus he applied to the Medical Technology Program at the University of Guyana. In 1994, Lion Marvin received his diploma in Medical Technology with a concentration in Hematology, and in 1997 an associate’s degree in the same field with a distinction in Microbiology.
District Governor 2014-15
Lion Isaac Solomon, MJF, joined the Lions Club St Vincent South in 1996. Since then, he has served as Club President for two (2) consecutive years; has held the positions for Chairman of Zone 3C; Chairman of Region 3; and other district positions.
Lion Isaac Solomon, MJF is the Managing Director of RBC/RBTT in the Eastern Caribbean. Prior to this, Lion Isaac served as the Resident Representative of the ECCB and was also the Budget Director in the Ministry of Finance of the St. Vincent Government.
District Governor 2013-14
Lion Izett McCalla MJF, who hails from the island of Jamaica, has been elected to take over the leadership reins for the administrative year 2013 – 2014. A Lion for many years, he has served in many offices in the Lions Club of St. Andrew, Jamaica and has also served at the Cabinet level.
District Governor 2012-13
Lion Claudius was born in St. Maarten on May 3rd 1963, where he attended the St. Joseph primary school and Milton Peters College. At the young age of 16 Claudius left for Aruba where he graduated cum laude within 3 years from the Technical College.
